Experienced Driver Manager

Colcord, OK

Hurricane Express is a growing company looking for professionals with experience in dispatch and driver management operations. We have an exciting opportunity for highly motivated professionals to help strengthen our Operations team. We are currently seeking top-performing Driver Managers with prior experience to join our day shift. Pay & Details

  • $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
  • Day shift
  • Weekend shifts available
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Paid time off
  • This position is located in Colcord, OK (near Siloam Springs, AR) or could work out of our new office in West Springdale, AR off Hwy 412.
  • This is not a remote work position.

Duties

  • Driver Managers are expected to maintain effective communication with customers, drivers, and management to ensure the timeliness of freight and equipment movement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Dispatching and routing drivers on loads managing loads from assignment to delivery, managing any problems that arise, (e.g. late deliveries, unexpected fees/claims, equipment breakdown, driver problems, etc.), ensure drivers abide by federal/state laws, answering phone lines, recommending strategies to generate resources and increase productivity.
