Experienced Driver Manager

Colcord, OK

We have an exciting opportunity for highly motivated professionals to help strengthen our Operations team. We are currently seeking top-performing Driver Managers with prior experience to join our day shift. Pay & Details

  • $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
  • Day shift
  • Weekend shifts available
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • This position is located in Colcord, OK (near Siloam Springs, AR) or could work out of our new office in West Springdale, AR off Hwy 412.
  • This is not a remote work position.

Duties

  • Driver Managers are expected to maintain effective communication with customers, drivers, and management to ensure the timeliness of freight and equipment movement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Dispatching and routing drivers on loads managing loads from assignment to delivery, managing any problems that arise, (e.g. late deliveries, unexpected fees/claims, equipment breakdown, driver problems, etc.), ensure drivers abide by federal/state laws, answering phone lines, recommending strategies to generate resources and increase productivity.

Years of practical and Class 8 tractor maintenance experience:

Are you certified to perform Annual inspections in accordance with 49 CFR 396.17?
Are you certified to inspect, maintain and repair air brake systems in accordance with FMCSA 396.25?
