CDL-A Experienced Company Truck Driver

Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma Only

Pay & Details

  • Up to 65 CPM on all dispatched miles
  • 9 CPM non-taxable per diem on all dispatched miles
  • Regional Lanes with Frequent Home Time
  • $400 Orientation Pay added to first paycheck (must complete orientation and first dispatch)
  • Fuel Economy Bonus or Deduction Applied to Taxable Pay
  • Tenure Bonuses Available!
    • $500 after 3 Months
    • $500 after 6 Months
    • $1,000 + Hurricane Express Jacket after 1 Year
    • $2,000 after 2 Years
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and 401(k) options

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have a current Class A CDL
  • Must be at least 28 years old
  • Minimum age of 28 years old must have a minimum of 24 months of verifiable OTR experience, with at least 6 months in the last 2 years.
  • No at-fault DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years. All other accidents are subject to review.
  • No DUI or DWI convictions in past 10 years
  • No CDL drug or alcohol violations
  • No robbery, drug, extortion, or murder felonies. All other felonies are subject to review.
  • No SAP program participants
  • No automatic transmission restriction on CDL
